How to connect with the console / can't pair?

First-Time Pairing:

1. From the HOME menu of the console, select Controllers, then Change Grip/Order.

2. Press and hold the "SYNC" button on the controller for at least five seconds until all 4 LEDs flash. Once paired, all 4 LEDs will remain lit, and the controller will be shown on the screen. Or please try to connect the controller to the Switch dock using the USB-C cable while the console is on the dock. Once connected via the cable, it should be ok to unplug the controller and use it wirelessly as well.

How to deal with joystick drift?

When plugging your controller into the USB cable for charging or wired connection, please avoid touching any button of the joysticks at the moment of plugging in the cable.

If the Joystick drift is happening, resetting the controller and calibrating the Control Sticks would help with the drifting issue.

Press and hold the reset/sync button for 5 seconds to reset the controller;

Connect the controller to the switch console;

Press the HOME button > System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Calibrate Control Sticks > Press the stick you want to calibrate

Follow the on-screen instructions to verify the controller functionality.

When using the wireless controller for the first time, it is recommended to have both the Controller Sticks and Motion Controls calibrated before usage.

Please keep the controller away from dust, water, and static electricity for better maintenance.

How often do I need to charge my controller?

When the battery is low, the corresponding channel LED light(s) will flash; the controller will turn off and need to be charged. The controller can be charged using the Switch Dock, 5V 2A power adapter or USB power supplies with the USB Type C to A cable. Please DO NOT use high-wattage chargers to charge your controllers.

Why do some customers say that they cannot connect to the iPad?

The previous controller is really not allowed. The controller sold now are updated and compatible with iOS 13.4 and above.

Are there any functional changes after the update?

Yes, in addition to compatibility with Nintendo Switch and Steam, it is now also compatible with Windows PC, Android, and iOS devices. The controller also has four additional programmable buttons on the back to customize the way you play.

How do I Adjust the Vibration Intensity?

Press and hold the Turbo button, and move the left joystick UP/DOWN to increase/ decrease

How do I calibrate motion controls?

Press the HOME button > System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Calibrate Motion Controls > Calibrate the Controllers > Put the controller on a horizontal plane and hold “-” or “+” on the controller you want to calibrate.

Does it come with a charger / What's in the box?

The package contains 1x controller, 1x USB cable, and the user manual. This package does not come with a charger.

The controller can be charged using the Switch Dock, 5V 2A power adapter or USB power supplies with the USB Type C to A cable. Please DO NOT use high-wattage chargers to charge your controllers.

Can't turn on / Can't charge?

The controller can be charged using the Switch charger, the Switch Dock, 5V 2A power adapter, or USB power supplies with the USB Type C to A cable.

Please DO NOT use high-wattage chargers to charge the controller. Details could be found in the user manual.

If your controller can’t be charged, please try these troubleshooting steps:

Test the USB charging cable and your Switch dock’s USB port with other devices to see if they are working properly; Make sure the Switch dock USB port and the cable are functional and have connected to the power source;

Connect the controller to the Switch Dock using the functional USB cable;

Wait for a few minutes for the controller to charge;

Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds (the reset/sync button is located on the bottom of the Japanese series controllers, or near the USB-C port on the front of the Bear controllers).

Please DO NOT use high-wattage chargers to charge your controllers; Charging via the Switch Dock or 5V 2A charger is recommended.

Audio jack not working / How to use my headphone on the controller?

The audio function will ONLY work in the Wired Connection Mode with a Switch console.

The "Pro Controller Wired Communication" must be turned on BEFORE connecting the controller and the Dock with the cable:

System settings > Controllers and Sensors > Pro Controller Wired Communication > On

Set the Switch console on the Dock for the TV mode;

Connect the Switch Dock and the controller with the USB cable;

The icon with "USB" displayed indicates the wired connection is successful;

Plug the 3.5mm audio jack into the audio port on the bottom of the controller.

How to use the Macro Button?

For our Bear Pro controllers, there are two macro-enabled buttons "ML/MR" on the back of the controller, and a macro definition switch button "T". Buttons "ML/MR" can be programmed into function button or buttons sequence respectively.

ML/MR Buttons Can Be Programmed to: A/B/X/Y/L/ZL/R/ZR/up/down/left/right buttons:

Enter the Macro Definition Mode and Set Up the Button(s):

1. Press the “T” button on the back of the controller for 3 seconds, the light "LED2-3" will flash slowly.

2. Press the "ML" or "MR" button, the "LED2" light will flash slowly, the controller is ready to record the macro setting.

3. Press the function buttons that need to be set in turn, the controller will record the button and the time interval of each button pressed.

4. Press the "T" button to save, the "LED1" light will keep lit. The macro definition function will be memorized. When the controller re-connects to the console, it will automatically apply the last macro definition setting.

Clear the Macro Definition Settings:

Press and hold the "T" button for 5 seconds until the "LED1-4" lights flash, all the current macro definition settings will be cleared.

How to use the Turbo function?

Buttons Available to Set the Turbo Function: A/B/X/Y/L/ZL/R/ZR button

1. Manual Turbo Function: Press and hold the Turbo button, then press any function button ONCE to turn on the “Manual Turbo Function”.

2. Auto Turbo Function: Repeat the first step above to switch to the “Auto Turbo Function”.

3. Turn Off the Turbo Function: Repeat the first step after the “Auto Turbo Function” has been set.

Turn off all the turbo functions for all buttons:

Press and hold the Turbo button for 3 seconds, then press the subtract ‘-’ button to turn off the turbo functions of all buttons.

There Are Three Levels For the Turbo Speed:

Slow: 5 shots/s, the corresponding LED indicators will flash at a slow speed.

Medium: 12 shots/s, the corresponding LED indicators will flash at a medium speed. (Default Level)

Fast: 20 shots/s, the corresponding LED indicators will flash at a fast speed.

Adjust the Turbo Speed Levels:

Press and hold the Turbo button, push down the right joystick to decrease one grade of turbo speed; pull up the right joystick to increase one grade of turbo speed.

Maintenance?

Mytrix S3 Controller

Can I connect my phone to the controller and then connect a USB cable to charge it while playing games?

Yes, you can charge your phone while playing games. However, whether fast charging is supported depends on the phone brand and its accessories.

My phone still prompts me to insert the S3 controller. What should I do?

The phone needs to be entirely inserted into the USB port for the phone to receive the USB signal from the controller.

I get a one-year free subscription to Serafim Console with my purchase. Can I still use my controller after the subscription expires?

Yes, you can still use the S3 controller to play games after the subscription expires. The subscription service is optional.

I downloaded PS Remote Play but the controller is not working. What should I do?

You can find the PSPlay app in Serafim Console, which supports remote play on PlayStation 4/5.

My phone case seems to be too thick to fit.

The recommended thickness of the phone case is 3 mm or less.

What systems does the controller app support?

The dedicated Serafim Console app currently supports iPhone 15 & Android 8.0 and above. Smartphones come with a USB Type-C port and OTG (On-The-Go) support. Please note that if your phone is not listed below, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is not compatible with the Serafim S3 Gamepad. It simply means that we are still working hard to confirm its compatibility. As we confirm compatibility with more models, we will continue to update this list.

Are the L2 and R2 triggers pressure-sensitive?

Yes, the L2 and R2 triggers are hall effect triggers.

What is the approximate latency when connecting the controller?

The controller uses a wired connection to the phone, with a latency of less than 3 milliseconds.

Can I connect it to my computer to play games?

Yes, you can connect it to a Windows computer to play games.

Does it support emulators like PPSSPP?

Yes, it does.

Which games can you play on Serafim S3?
